The municipality of Seehausen (Altmark) is an association municipality in the far north of Saxony-Anhalt in the Altmark region, directly bordering Prignitz in Brandenburg and Wendland in Lower Saxony. The municipality covers an area of 437 km².

Seehausen (Altmark) is conveniently located on the B189 and B190 federal highways and the federal highway 14, which is currently under construction and will provide access to the site with 2 exits in the future. Just 12 km away is the Elbeport Wittenberge, an inland port and a freight and shunting yard.

The economic structure is essentially characterized by a large number of micro and small businesses as well as medium-sized companies. Seehausen (Altmark) is therefore not only geographically favorably located, but also economically diverse.
