Land use plans

The municipality of Seehausen (A.) does not yet have an overall land use plan. Instead, partial land use plans exist for some districts. They show the main features of the use that will result from the foreseeable needs and intended development of the municipality. The land use plan is preparatory urban land-use planning. Development plans can be developed from this.

The land use plan is binding on the authorities. It therefore has no direct legal effect on the property owner. Building rights become possible through a legally binding development plan.
