Job description
As an administrative assistant, you will work in the town hall where the life of your town or municipality is organized - right in the middle of it all. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, support citizens with their concerns and ensure that the processes in the various offices run smoothly.
In the building office, for example, you will deal with construction projects and building sites, while in the public order office you can also work in the field. In the registry office, you have the opportunity to deal with genealogical research. In the Passport and Registration Office, you will ensure that ID cards and registrations and re-registrations are processed reliably.
In addition, areas such as kindergartens and the fire department, finance, trade and business development are also part of municipal administration. In this way, you will get to know the different facets of your region and help to ensure that everything is well organized on a day-to-day basis - even if the administration is not always immediately visible.
A varied entry into a profession with secure prospects, a wide range of possible applications and more variety than you might expect at first glance.
