Service description
The trade register is a list kept by the municipal administrations of the tradespeople registered in the municipality who have their registered office in the respective municipality.
Public bodies, companies and private individuals can receive information about the collected business registration data upon request. The consent of the person concerned is not required for the disclosure of their data.
Business registration data:
- The name of the business owner, the business address, and the registered activity (basic data) may be made publicly available.- For further information on business registration data, you must prove a legal interest - for example, to assert legal claims or to grant credit to the trader.
Procedure
- Submit the request for information on business registration data to the competent authority.
- The competent authority will check your request to ensure it is complete and that you have a legal interest in obtaining information on business registration data.
- If your request is approved, you will receive the information on business registration data and a fee notice.Who should I contact?
