Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Around 8:00 p.m., the film “Wahrenberg im Wandel” will have its premiere. It was produced as part of a media project by VITOS e.V. in collaboration with Wahrenberg villagers, with professional guidance from “Massivkreativ” in Hamburg. Afterward, there will be time for conversation and reminiscing.
On Saturday, starting at 2 p.m., the long table at the Elbehofcafé invites you to enjoy cake and culinary treats from the village. Games, fun, and surprises on the dike, along with music from a Dixieland band, will provide entertainment. Starting at 7 p.m., the village dance will kick off in the hall.
To wrap things up, there will be a group breakfast on Sunday starting at 9:30 a.m.
Throughout the weekend, the photo exhibition “Wahrenberg Through the Ages” will be on display, featuring photos from seven years of the village workshop.
Admission is free. Food and drinks are available on a donation basis.
The events are part of the Storchendorf Wahrenberg Network Workshop, which is funded through the “Engagiertes Land” program of the German Foundation for Civic Engagement and Volunteerism (DSEE).
